Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Please notify us (call :778-581-5309) at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• Repeated no-shows for services may result in a loss of future booking privileges.
Late Arrivals
• Arriving more than 15 minutes late may shorten your service time or require rescheduling.
• We do our best to accommodate, but we must also respect the time of our next clients.
Nail Health & Safety
• For health and hygiene reasons, nail services cannot be provided to clients with visible or suspected nail infections, including fungal conditions.
• We kindly recommend seeking medical or pharmacy advice before booking nail services.
